Propylene glycol ester (PGMS40 percent ) is a lipophilic emulsifier, also known as e477 emulsifier.The emulsifying power of propylene glycol fatty acid ester is not very strong, so it is rarely used alone, and it is often used in combination with glycerin fatty acid ester to improve the emulsifying effect.

Propylene Glycol Esters (PGMS 40 percent ) are versatile emulsifiers with good foaming, stabilizing and emulsifying properties. Its foaming ability depends on the monoester content. That means the higher the monoester content, the better its foaming performance.

Propylene Glycol Esters (PGMS 40 percent ) has excellent foaming properties and is a good oil-soluble emulsifier.
1.PGMS can emulsify and disperse water in margarine and shortening, prevent the formation and separation of water droplets, and improve the dispersing performance of shortening.
2 PGMS can be used in the baking industry to prevent the aging of bread and pastries and extend the shelf life of the products.

Our common package is 25kg/bag/carton/drum with the powder, and 200kg/drum or 1000kgs/IBC Drum with the liquid. Special package according to the requirements of our customers.
